The Patriots have shown that shelling out big money for defensive backs is simply not necessary. The Bucs need not shell out the dough no matter how good Barber is.

Where did you hear that Bruce Allen is avoiding phone calls from Ronde's agent? This is the first time I've heard that little bit of gossip.
