Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Could the short-lived glory be back? Friday, Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Jon Gruden made his single best decision since deciding to sit Warren Sapp on third downs. Jeff Garcia, said Gruden, would be the starting quarterback for the Bucs on Opening Day 2007. Garcia, said Gruden, is "far and away the best quarterback on our team at this point."...

On every poor team there is a scape goat, and for the Bucs... its Simms. nevermind the Bucs had the bottom 3 offensive lines in football last year... ask caddy, Simms and Gradkowski. Of course that could never be the problem. Maybe their slower aging defense perhaps? Maybe Gruden just isn't that good of a coach... because his talent evaluation leaves something to be desired.

Bottm line is Simms should be the starting QB for this team. But because the Bucs failed to get and/or sutain an offensive line, they bring in a scrambler... kind of like putting a bandaid on a gunshot wound.

Love my Bucs, but cant wait until they start managing the team better. Another year in the top 10.
