Gruden made a mistake leaving the Raiders for the Stab-u-in-the-back front office of the losingest team in NFL history. What happened to Dungy?? Do you think you will be treated any better CHUCKY? I look forward to the day CHUCKY is holding a clip board for a high school team in arkansas......seems like its not to far away. Nobody takes better care of their guys then the Raiders, you could have been a Raider great CHUCKY you f'ed it all up!!

first off, chucky has a ring in tampa. secondly the raiders dont take good care of all its personel, just the ones who submit to Al Davis' dictatorship (or former dictatorship, hes softened up as of late). im sorry that gruden left your team to fend with a hack of an nfl head coach who cant even compete in the big 12 with the one of the nation's most storied franchises, but dont hate on gruden for wanting to go home. Also...... arkansas? if youre going to make a post, do it BEFORE you smoke crack
