Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Are the Tampa Bay Buccaneers back? A three-game winning streak would seem to say yes, but pardon us if we're a little skeptical because Tampa Bay was shut down by Seattle in the opener, 20-6, and the three teams the Bucs have beaten are a combined 2-9. Neither New Orleans nor St. Louis has won a game, and the Carolina Panthers were without ...

Cluff yer an idiot. The Bucs are better than the teams you had contending for the NFC championship (Rams, Panthers).

They beat New Orleans, which many "experts" picked for the Super Bowl. Oh wait, doesn't count cause they where 0-1 and now 0-3.

They beat the Rams, another chic sleeper pick who was supposed to torch the Bucs D all day and use Steven Jackson to ram it down the field all day. Oops, Rams went to 0-3 so now it doesn't count.

They beat longtime nemesis Carolina on the road, a team that is habitually overrated and whose defense gives the Buccaneers O-Line fits. Aside from a late garbage TD, they were shut down completely, and the score could easily have been 35-0 had you seen the game (but no, likely didn't).

The fans down here know it must stink for this team many picked to be 3-13 to already be 3-1. Should they lose to Indy, you will all be patting yourselves on the back again, and by all means do so. Just be sure to comment just as strongly on that delicious crow's meat come December when the Bucs have a stranglehold on the division title. It's ok to admit you're wrong sometimes (unless your name is Peter King or Michael Vick).
