| Bryant "Butterfingers" Johnson goes unnoticed because of his tendency to drop balls at the most inopportune moments -- especially when in the endzone. Some of his drops were game-killers. And who could forget his illegal (and completely unnecessary) block in the back penalty that cost Arizona TE Eric Edwards a 79 yard TD reception. When Bryant Johnson was injured for a few games midseason, first-year wideout Leron McCoy filled in quite well. Although McCoy had a few rookie mistakes, he displayed good hands and good speed. When Johnson returned from the injury -- and fearing for his job -- he managed to have fewer drops. But that was partly because fewer passes were thrown to him. In other words, he lost the confidence of his coaches and teammates. | ||
