Chargers are the easy favorite in the AFC West and I think for the whole AFC.

By far they're the favorites. The Raiders suck and the Chiefs are really in rebuilding year, so there only competition is Denver and there not even that good, the Chargers should run away with it.

Totally.
Lots of weak schedules in the AFCW this year, but look at this.
* Everybody plays: Pats (16-0), Bucs (9-7), Bills (7-9), Panthers (7-9), Saints (7-9), Falcons (4-12), Jets (4-12), Fins (1-15). That's 55-73, using last year's records. Then,
* Raiders: Bolts (22-10), Donks (14-18), Chiefs (8-24), Ravens (5-11), Texans (8-8): 57-71, for a total of 112-144.
* Chiefs: Bolts (22-10), Donks (14-18), Raiders (8-24), Bengals (7-9), Titans (10-6): 61-67, for 116-140.
* Donks: Bolts (22-10), Chiefs (8-24), Raiders (8-24), Browns (10-6), Jags (11-5): 59-69, for 114-142.
* Bolts: Donks (14-18), Chiefs (8-24), Raiders (8-24), Colts (13-3), Steelers (10-6): 53-75, for 108-148.

So the best team in the division has the weakest schedule. Gotta luvvit.
