It's a shame to see any kind of story like this, esp. when the person is young like Kiel. Hopefully he wasn't under the influence and if he was it's just another sad story of professional athletes making a poor decision.

Unfortunately, it seems the former Aggie made one bad decision after another (drug trafficing) during his short life.

Yeah. That guy probably could have had a fair NFL career. He wasn't great, but he was hardly a washout; he started on a 14-2 team, so he would have gotten a job somewhere for sure. But he had to go get busted transporting cough syrup across state lines. Why the Hell does an NFL starter get nailed for running purple drank? And then go get killed driving without a seatbelt? Wtf?
