San Diego Chargers
Over the course of his 21 seasons as an NFL head coach with the Cleveland Browns, Kansas City Chiefs, Washington Redskins and San Diego Chargers, Marty Schottenheimer has always been capable of getting teams to the playoffs. Unfortunately for the 63-year-old, championships have proven far too elusive for him. This past season was no different. ...

I disagree with the whole article. McCree doesn't get stripped of the ball and the Pats are done. Byner doesn't fumble and Browns win. John Elway isn't perfect on The Drive and Marty wins another big game. In life some guys are lucky and some aren't. I would consider Tom Brady one of the lucky ones, and Shotty one of the unlucky ones. If not for his coaching acumen over the last few years the Chargers would be what they have been most of their franchise history, AFC West also-rans. Even the years they made it to the SB they got stomped! No one can make the claim that the Chargers are considered a historic, winning franchise. Games at the Divisional Playoff level are usually decided by just a few points, and it often comes down to the last drive. Shotty has been victimized by bad breaks and tough circumstances. His 200 wins should be more than enough to silence critics like yourself. Nobody, including you or me saw the Chargers coming. Phil Rivers was a question mark, the '06 draft was considered lightweight, and they started the season 35/1 to be Super Bowl champion. The Bolts finished at 14-2. Who's going to come in and do better than that??

Bolts: Does your team have a team physician? If so, have him pith Braydon Florence, if he can find Braydon's brain to pith. I adopted you ditzes as my SB team hopeful. Now you do this to me. How is it Marty's fault that the front office doesn't value the results of the Wonderlicks test? I defy any of you to find a more stupid episode within the last 10 years. Ok, the idiot who started his "glory rant" before he got into the end zone on the interception. You remember. What's his name? It occurred during one of the never-ending Bills losses.
