While Marty Schottenheimer has a long history of discord with those around him, I only know of one personality clash in AJ's long NFL career, and that is with Marty.

I think it might be premature to suggest that AJ Smith is at fault when he has no record of discord with any colleague he's worked with in the past.

Expecially while Schottenheimer has earned the ire of many players and even entire organizations in the past. (Washington is one example)

Let's not be so hasty in saying that it's AJ who made the relationship rocky. I think there might be plenty of blame to go around for Marty too.

You guys fired a coach who couldn't win in the playoffs,for a coach that won't even get to the playoffs.Boobs!
