Couldn't agree more.
Replacing Shott was a head scratcher but to aquire Norv "proven loser" Turner to replace him is tantamount ot lunacy.
Excellent call on the detrimental effect of Norvelle "Tina" Turner. Can't see this ending well.
Maybe like Tom Callahan coming in for Gruden's Raiders, Shottenhiemer's coaching will have a residual effect through out the 07 season, especially given the undeniable talent in place, but more than one year with Norvie is a guaranteed ticket to decline.
