Nice post. Basically outlining Sims horrid career here in KC. Glad to see him go and I believe the pick is a conditional pick depending on some performance clause with Sims.

Let this be a lesson to all who hold out of training camp thier rookie year. Making it in the NFL is tough, it gets even tougher when you miss time. Get in, learn and show some humility. Good post.
