Wouldn't it be funny if THAT was the missing piece that kept Tommy Bowden's teams from rising to the top tier all of these years? Many of us back-seat-driver fans have been complaining about Bowden's teams' lack of toughness and Tommy's excuses-excuses attitude. It would be funny if, a Bowden-recruited team suddenly went BCS-bowling with a new attitude at the helm. Of course with two new coordinators (especially the elimination of Rob Spence) and some other additions to the staff, it would be hard to pin any improvement solely on a new attitude brought by Swinney. But it would be funny.
