The comment Nebraska fans were clamoring for Callahan's head is really not true, Nebraska fans don't want any part of him, especially his head which has not been able to make proper decisions for 4 count'em 4 years. I hate people to lose their job, but he did not bring with him a desire that was appropriately placed. It seemed he was more interested in maintaining his friendship with his poor choice of a defensive choice than he was in making a change that perhaps could have produce better results. He got what he wanted, an early out.
