If there's any team in the country that seemingly doesn't need help with its offense, it's West Virginia -- the Mountaineers averaged 6.2 yards per rush in 2007 and 7.2 per pass en route to averaging 39.6 points a game. QB Pat White and RB Noel Devine were two of the most electrifing individual performers in the country, and both return this fall....
