Let's see -- at the halfway point of the Big East season, less than two weeks ago, this was the "power ratings": 1. South Florida; 2. West Virginia; 3. Pitt; 4. Connecticut; 5. Louisville; 6. Pitt rubbed out the biggest OOC win for the Big East this season over what is for some unknown reason a nationally respected Notre Dame team. For the most part though, the Big East is basically the Pac 10 sans Southern Cal. Which still is better than being the ACC, I suppose.
