Perilloux's problem wasn't with the NCAA, rather that he couldn't stay out of trouble.

LSU and Miles seem to only be on the list because Miami backed off. On top of that, there was a report in the NY Times that Butler has been veering his players away from Kansas State because Ron Prince wouldn't donate to his "program" which would actually be an NCAA violation. This story just reeks on all sides. I hope the NCAA takes this guy down, and I hope Brown learns a lesson.
