Have you ever officiated a sporting event? Running up and down the field or the court is quite a bit tougher than sitting on the couch complaining. You call what you see and sometimes you don't see everything. You also don't see it in slow motion. Paying a full-time salary for someone to work 4 1/2 months isn't the answer.
"I heard suggestion of how we should solve these officials problems by hiring full time officials instead of get these part timers who has other jobs on weekdays." Could that sentence be written just a bit better?
