I think this is what they should do, merging the WAC and the MWC is a good idea, however I think this would be more feasible. There's four Div - 1 AA or formerly known as Div II teams that in mhy opinion are long overdue to move up, and their located perfectly to play in the WAC. Here are the four teams that should move up to Div 1-A and be in the WAC: St.Mary's, UC Davis, Sacramento St., and Portland St. They already play Div 1 teams duing the season. I think this is the right thing to do.
