Of course, being in a situation where the team could also still clinch a weekend off during the playoffs in the next two games would reduce the sense of urgency ...

Mr. Bialy,

I believe you forgot to mention a little help from the refs on what should have been two pass interference calls that were not made. With the Raiders on the Colts 14 yard line. My Raiders may not have won the game but they had good shot at tying it up had the refs made the right calls.
