You can't overlook that Felix Jones went to Arkansas, and Jerry Jones probably wanted him based a lot on that alone.

The best pick is in the eye of the beholder. When filling your team's needs, yeah, a lot of the times you end up drafting someone who, on the overall list, falls lower. I've always wondered consequently how it feels to be the draftees; knowing you rank highly but in the end go later on in the rounds simply because teams don't need to fill your position. In the end, this makes a lot of sense to me.

Yeah but... all and all.... Dallas had other options... Felix Jones is a good player but he was certainly overrated... Even if he becomes a great player, he was overrated at the time of the draft...

Dallas could have made a better draft and still attends its needs....

But ok for me.... I'm a Steeler fan... I'm happy with Mendenhall. (Although I don't agree entirely with Steelers's picks... I'm generaly happy with it)
