The Miami Dolphins have released defensive end Jay Williams and safety Arturo Freeman today. Both players will be salary cap casualties. Williams is scheduled to earn a base salary of $900,000 with a roster bonus of $400,000. Freeman is to make a base salary of $3 million and is due a roster bonus of $300,000 in early March.
