Absolutely. Great article Hugo. The Dolphins need to spend the money where it counts and spend it wisely. The lines need improvement and they seem to have a good plan in place to fortify them. This rebuilding process is going to take time and who knows, maybe next years draft they will yield that next great receiver. By the way, I thought Henne was a steal in the second round. He has a strong arm and is a very cerebral quarter back. His ability to mount come-backs was impressive.
