Ricky Williams has to be one of the biggest wastes of potential in NFL history. Aside from the psychological issues (social anxiety disorder, etc.), he just has never gotten the most out of his football ability outside of his first couple of years in Miami.

Ricky Williams is totally unreliable, he's one drug test away from being kicked out of the NFL. He just couldn't seem to put the bong done and be a serious NFL player. He was a tremendous talent coming out of Texas, but he's one of the biggest busts in the NFL. If the Phins are relying on Ricky they will be in a world of hurt next season.
