Parcells was always a fan of Carter and I think Parcells is trying to return him a favor by giving him a chance at a roster spot and telling the other 3 QB's on the roster that their job isn't gauranteed.

That would be horrible for many different reasons, but primarily because Carter couldn't hit the floor if he fell out of his chair. He makes bad decisions and costs you the game. Hell, if they were going to do this they should have kept Cleo Lemon.

This would be such a story to have Quincy back with Tuna in miami imagine him playing this yr and actually winning what a comeback lol!
