| Absolutely agree - fans love a big passing game, but Parcells doesn't build his offenses around the pass and a shotgun arm is not among Penny's virtues anyway. There are several veterans on the market that probably have a couple of good years left in them, and the draft is VERY deep this year at WR. My guess is we sign someone like Engram to mentor the youngsters, and look to pick up another youngster in the 2nd-4th rounds. I like Heyward-Bey's size/speed combo, but his route-running / lack of production / hands are all question marks. Besides, we already have a young, improving (albeit shorter) deep threat in Ginn. I'm guessing that they go for a big, physical posession / goal line WR in the draft. The Barden kid from Cal-Poly kid is interesting, and he'd suit our dink and dunk offense better. | ||
