Miami Dolphins
It was good to see Miami Dolphins guard Donald Thomas participating in full-contact drills today. And it was great to see him throw third-team defender Louis Ellis to the ground. Hmm, tough to call. DT has been a solid player in the past, but he has developed into a lazy guy. One who doesn't stay in shape or watch his diet. Maybe all that was due to his injuries and he has turned a corner...that would be nice.

The other thing to consider is the play of Shawn Murphy. He looked like a stiff as a rookie but seems to be playing fairly well at times.
