The defense did play poorly, but these are the Colts and they were going to score points. You cannot beat elite teams like this by grinding it out like the 72' Dolphins and kicking FG's. This is the era of the playmaker...guys who can break it at any place on the field. The Dolphin's do not have that guy...
Ted Ginn still has not earned his keep, in my opinion. He gets paid to make plays and catch the game winners. That's his job....look around at the teams that win championships and you see the guys that make those catches. Yes, tackling was poor, but that can be fixed...what can't be fixed for now is finding a legit game breaker.
