They've got the top overall draft slot locked up, so the 1-14 Dolphins don't have to worry that they'll lose something by winning their final game against Cincinnati. Unfortunately, that means every other team in the NFL has achieved the joy of victory at least three times, something now impossible for Miami to accomplish. But fans still might...

News Alert: It does not matter (right now anyway) that much that Parcells is now the top guy regarding "football operations". The Dolpins will suck for the next couple of years anyway due to the fact that Parcells is going to have to give it a complete over-hall. And that will at least take three to five years Dolphin fans. So buckle up, its going to be a long and scary ride!

Interesting article. The glaring stats all seem to come from the defensive side. Great teams are built on the strength of their lines (Patriots & Colts) and the defensive line keeps you in ball games. Stuffs the run and disrupts the passing game. The dolphins need help badly on defense and could use some stud line players to build this 3-4 scheme that Parcels likes so much. The Offense just had some bad luck (injured starters) as well as inept coaching. Many losses can be attributed to Cameron's inability to lead his team to victory. He was awful at game management, play calling and game time adjustments. Get the starters healthy, build a solid O-line from the draft and free agency..receivers can be obtained the same way and see what Beck and Lemon can do behind a solid supporting cast. The O-line just sucked this year...has for the past 10 years, so much improvement is needed there before any starting QB will have a chance at surviving the season.

Hey Cry about it...We will be a .500 team next year. We are really not that far off from being a good team again. We picked up some good young players last draft and with the #1 pick this year, we should get some more help in that area for OL and DL. So STOP with your negative verbal diarrhea of the mouth!! 2 years and we will be in the play-offs GUARENTEE!!
