Philadelphia signed second-round wide receiver DeSean Jackson to a four-year contract Sunday, the team announced. Rookies report to Eagles training camp July 21, and Philadelphia has nine of its 10 draft picks under contract. Only second-round defensive tackle Trevor Laws remains unsigned. Spawn said it perfectly. Theres no WR on the Eagles team that is above him. And you know he's going to return punts and most likely kicks.

Good pick for them because over the yrs I cant remember the eagles having any good WR besides T.O. can u (in recent yrs)???
