Philadelphia Eagles
The Philadelphia Eagles are only two weeks into training camp, and it already looks like a summer season episode of ABC’s hit show "Lost" – both literally and figuratively. OK, no, so it doesn’t have scantily clad women cavorting on a beach – the Eagles' cheerleaders may be somewhere doing so, but it’s not in Bethlehem, Pa. – but what...

Yeah this Eagles team has a lot of off the field issues and that's not good when your team is getting older by the minute. They always needed to play with a team mentality to have a shot and now if that's not going to happen they don't have the talent to play as individuals.

It just seems like a lot of things being blown out of proportion. The return game will work itself out with Sheppard, Westbrook, Booker, and Jackson on the roster. The defensive line was always going to be flanked by Clemons and Cole, so even though it would be good to have Abiamiri as insurance he is not the starter so they can let him heal up for when the season starts. Andrews seems to be the biggest problem since his issues seem to be personal and related to depression. Hopefully he will be back soon, and they can just say this was an opportunity to get some rookies and Max Jean-Gilles reps. Overall these are small problems, and are only surprising because most of the time the only news out of eagles camps are injuries and contract disputes.
