nice read... its gonna be interesting to see how they'll work Vick, still a weapon...
Petrino's job is to make Mike understand what he's presence forces defenses to do first, imo...
it's a shame they're not even in the playoffs every year with that guys talent

Lots of talent but we keep hearing about a lack of work ethic. The press loves to tell stories about all the little things top shelf players do to elevate their game. Montana out in a park, by himself, working on his footwork before games, Brady winning the parking space reserved for the hardest working player. Third and sixth round draft choices who 've got nowhere near the "talent" that Vick has, but owned the right mentality. What I'd really like to see is a coach who would stop coddling this guy and call him out instead. Tell him, publicly if he can't get through privately, that if he wants to be great he needs to work harder - be the last guy out at night and first guy in in the morning. Otherwise he's going to stay a coach killer.
