If Flacco gets the starting job then he will def have a huge impact for his team.

I don't think (fantasy terms) that anyone is going to make a big splash this season. The only player I can see having some impact would be Darren McFadden.

Yeah McFadden could be a giant impact like AP #28 was last yr but not as big as him.
