Fantasy Football
Brett Favre fantasy owners, you'll be rewarded for your patience. That’s not to say the newest Jet is going to light it up this year in the AFC East with New England wielding its usual dominance; nevertheless, New York looks good on the offensive front, and it has a couple of receivers who can get open downfield in Laveranues Coles and Jerricho ...

I think Brett Favre fits in well with the Jets and will probably be about the 7th or 8th quarterback on my board. As for Aaron Rodgers, good luck kid.

Aaron Rodgers will be lucky if he gets picked in any league.

If Favre is the 7th or 8th QB, he's going too high.

1) He got no offseason conditioning program.

2) He got no training camp.

3) His schedule has a lot of pass-defense this year.

If you've got a good first-pick QB with an easier early schedule (esp weeks 2-3), Favre is a great backup. Look at Brady, Hasselbeck and Eli Manning in particular: all three of those guys are credible QBs with weak opponents in games 2 and 3. Note also that the Jets have a Wk5 bye, and all the other teams I mentioned have Wk4, when the Jets play the Cards.
