Interesting idea! An idea I've toyed with is breaking out by conference and only allowing folks to draft/pick up players from one conference or the other, although I'm pretty sure that folks already do this (to make things a bit more difficult and generally spice things up).

yea, divisional would be cool for sure. just not sure that any of the fantasy sites could be programmed that way. you'd have to be on the honor system.
and the draft would obviously be a short 8 pick thing and then everyone builds their team.
but if someday the fantasy site built this in so you could choose it, that would be cool.
