Titans lose Hope for rest of season

Safety Chris Hope, a leader on Tennessee's defense, will miss the rest of the season because of a spinal-cord injury suffered two weeks ago against Cincinnati. Hope is expected to play again, whether he heals through rest or surgery. Calvin Lowry will make his second straight start at strong safety when the Titans play San Diego this weekend....
