Cam Cameron had horrible luck with injuries (Ronnie Brown and Zach Thomas were tough losses) but he also made some questionable calls. Some of these bad calls could have been made by any head coach, but they were overanalyzed and magnified by the media/public because of the 1-15 record. Such is life when the team is not winning. I'm sure Cameron will get a good look for an offensive coordinator position with several teams (SF, SD, Detroit, Atlanta, and maybe Baltimore if Marty ends up as the head coach there).

Let's hope Miami can pick up some good players through the draft and free agency because the roster needs a lot of work. Miami needs at least two good offseasons to be competitive again.
