The Atlanta Falcons have hired Tom Dimitroff to be their new general manager, replacing Rich McKay, who had the title taken away after the Falcons' season ended. Dimitroff, New England's director of college scouting for the past five years, will be in charge of Atlanta's football operations and report to McKay, who retained his title of president....
