For a day, the Dallas Cowboys could rest easy knowing that new Miami coach Tony Sparano would not pilfer more of Wade Phillips' assistants. Because Sparano went elsewhere for a receivers coach, hiring former UCLA coach Karl Dorrell. Good coaches are nice, but Miami needs to upgrade its talent base and get younger.
