As a Redskins fan, I wish Ramsey nothing but the best. He's a class act and a good kid, but he's wildly inconsistent, really needs work on his deep ball touch, and the two years he spent getting beat up in Spurrier's offense may have left him damaged goods mentally.

Ramsey knew Brunell was Gibbs' boy, so he overcompensated last fall, starting with the exbibitiont games, to prove he was worthy of starting. With the Jets, he has a better understanding of his situation because Mangini has an open mind on the QB position.

I will tell you this: Ramsey is the best QB playing for any professional football franchise in New York right now. No question in my mind.
