I hadn't heard Siims was burning out, but if that's true, it's terrible news for a Lions defense that really lacks a bright spot outside of Ernie Sims.

Sims isn't burning out. It was just a comment about how much the defense was on the field last year - and if it continues he will burn out. He plays hard - always!
They may not be big but, with a fast team more bodies are getting to the ball faster. I see what Rod is doing and its going to pay off this year. People are just afraid to support this team because of so many past failures. You can't focus on the past - its over. Just keep pounding the rock and things will fall into place.
