You neglected to mention Louisiana Tech in your list of other D1 schools in the state. Although they do not compete with LSU for in state recruits, they deserve mentioning when Tulane, ULL, & ULM are brought into the discussion. LaTech's program is expected to improve as their new coach Derek Dooley continues to improve the program.
