Fans need to rein in Goodell

Bravo, John! Another compelling story that has got to get people out of their apathy. TMQ also made some credible suggestions about how the NFL can reduce human error in their officiating, but this issue with Bumetanide is outrageous.

Then again, the league's censorship of celebrations and post-game comments is appalling. The fans should start writing to their teams, en masse, about their displeasure with this autocratic behavior from the league and its owners.

Roger Godell has been doing great things cracking down on some of these players that have gotten outta hand. The Packman Jones of the league need to understand that Stuff like that is not an option. In regards to Matt Jones I dont believe that he should be Penalized by the league untill the court system. It is one thing to Penalize bad apples another to Penalize someone who is just accused of being one.

The officating has been the worst that I have ever seen personaly and that has to change Roger Goddel needs to get on top of that and focus on it not what fat guy is taking water pills. Roger and his team have gotten out of hand with the rule book and are ruining the game.

Players are getting fined for thigns that were not and should not have been penalized in the game. EXCESSIVE ROUGHNESS this is the darn NFL the sport was born and raised the toughest sport out there. Let them keep it that way. I dont want to see players hurt every game but I also dont want to see everyplayer go OOPS i cant hit you i will get fined.

As far as the Excessive Celebrating come on now really they just scored a touchdown and changed the game the Dances and celbrations that teams used to do were amzing and half the fun of the game. Taking them out is like taking Wrecks outta Nascar, or Fights outa Hockey thats the real reason you watch the sports allthough you try and tell your self different.
