I would argue yes and no, due to simple economics. Warren isn't great and Kelly had a poor season, but they're at least productive in rotation and Kelly has a huge contract. The DB situation...they think Huff has been a bust, Johnson has never been their guy on the corner and FS is Tyvon Branch and Hiram Eugene - not exactly Polamalu between both of them.

.......and Sands has been terrible Lou.For years now the Raiders run D has been awful and we've done nothing to change that.Could have had Dorsey or Ellis last year or Raji this year but no, Al thinks a new D coach is the answer.

Every RB who plays against the Raiders' cafeteria run D this year must be licking his lips.


I'll take your point about the DB's......but why pass the ball when you can run all day ?
