Hey Lou welcome to the home of Bills talk and assorted other topics that we will happen to run with.

The Pip name will always be synonymous with getting replaced and that person going on to stardom.

Add Dan Marino to the list he replaced David Woodley an the rest is history....

Add The Bucs trading Steve Young to the 49ers for a couple of draft picks an the rest is history....

Leinart isn't that great. He flopped mostly since playing in the NFL.
