Whether Roethlisberger is guilty or not he needs to and will just pay the 400K the accuser is seeking. One it will cost him more to defend his innnocense, two his image will be tarnished until it is over and no advertisers will touch him.

I personally find it hard to believe she never filed any criminal charges. Clearly what she claimed was attempted rape or Rape.
