I couldn't agree more! I love all my NFL gear, but hate how much of it I want but just can't bring myself to buy because I know how overpriced it is...

Mike great article, I can luckily say that I haven't been burn quite like that, just with a few sizing issues.

Thanks, Goose. I'm glad you liked the article. Thanks for the links, I'll check them out next time I can bring myself to buy something.

While I'm sure those stores provide great service, my point was simply that the NFL licensing fee is too high. Why should we buy jerseys for four times what their actual market value is? We've all made the NFL what it is, and places like those you link, as well as the vendors, are doing the best they can with what they're given, but the problem begins and ends with the NFL. Is it too much to ask that they stop gouging us?
