The Bills are enjoying a bye week. It's just as well, because if they get embarassed by the Texans and the Patriots after the bye, both road games, they can say "bye" to the playoffs again. This team had such promise (on paper) before the season started. To watch them set new team and NFL records for ineptitude, especially on defense, is painful...

Thanks for the article. As for "such promise", the Bills are never going anywhere as long as they continue to subsist with a career scrub at the helm and third-rate coaching (their mode of operation for the past 12 seasons). The Bills have decent running backs which are never adequately utilized thanks to their coach's infatuation with the passing game (or lack thereof). As usual, consider this team mathematically out of playoff contention by Thanksgiving. Ralph Wilson couldn't care less as long as his front office propaganda continues to sell tickets.
