Oregon Ducks
In his Thursday blog, Oregonian writer John Hunt reports that walk-on quarterback Cade Cooper is leaving Eugene, Ore., for Southern Utah. “Cooper, who was arguably Oregon's most impressive quarterback this spring, didn't quite fit into the Ducks' plans, with the lack of scholarship obviously a factor,” wrote Hunt. “At Southern Utah, he will...

The only way this will have any effect on Oregon Offense is if they end up starting their number 5 QB like they did last season. Cody Kempt was not all that great of a QB from what i saw in his brief appearances last season. I have a great feeling about Justin Roper and the coming season with our new offensive coordinator Chip Kelley. If what he did in the Sun bowl last year is any indication of what is to come the Quack Attack will make another run at the Pac 10 title this year. Go Ducks

Quack I agree The ducks have not lost much, I game wonders are not a sure thing for any Pac 10 Titles.
Unless they have some other silent game plan not yet exposed, Loosing two QB could mean the team is either trying to devlope some newbys and gunning for a 2009 or 2010 championship I'd say they are on the right track.

I agree a one game wonder is not going to give to ducks a title run but watch out for our quick and under rated attacking defense and the return of Jeremiah Johnson in the backfield. He will be returning from a serious, season ending knee injury. The game he was hurt, he had 2 touchdowns on two carries and has a serious stiff arm sidestep combo that leaves the average defender in the grass. Chip kelley is one of the best offensive coordinators i have seen in a really long time and he will use all of his weapons to the best he can. The big question in my opinion will be the wide reciever position and at this point i have not a whole lot to report. Except Jason Williams is very inconsistent and has to improve greatly this season. Go ducks
