the only thing less obvious than JJones making the commish reinstate Pacman is RCraft telling him how much he's allowed to punish the pats for spygate/Ir players practicing/kaczur. the commish is a joke and goes way overboard on some player-punishments b/c they are the few hes allowed to do so on and he needs to appear tough instead of like a puppet
