New England Patriots
The Patriots released DB Willie Andrews on Tuesday after his second arrest of the offseason. Andrews, a third-year player from Baylor, faces charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm for supposedly pointing a gun at the head of his fiancee. In February, he was arrested on a charge of marijuana possession.

It's about time that teams are releasing these players who think there untouchable. It's refreshing to see that teams are caring more about there image and the image of the league. It helps to that Goodell will fine teams that have lots of discipline problems.

That's the Patriots. No nonsense. People can say what they want about spygate, but they don't deal with all of these issues like other teams do, and obviously it works.

Let's be honest, this was a former seventh round pick who was primarily a special teamer. Andrews is NOT a future HOFer. He's the very definition of a JAG. Those guys are pretty easily replaced.
